Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
jiliglory will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
Accounts showing signs of shared access may be suspended pending review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP).
Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned or forfeited.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.
jiliglory reserves the right to request supporting documents for any transaction.
Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment channel.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms listed on the Promotion page.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred.
jiliglory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
Abuse of bonus offers, including multi-accounting, will result in account closure.
Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, or IP address.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on jiliglory must be played in good faith and for personal entertainment.
Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors or glitches for financial gain will result in account suspension.
Collusion between players in any game format is not permitted.

Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting player support.
jiliglory may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity will be closed without prior notice.
Upon closure, any pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
